INTRODUCTION:
Greetings, We – Renārs Brālis and Niklāvs Lipiņš, are the project managers of SIA “EL CAMINO”.
We are experienced road engineers with higher education and over 17 years of experience in the road industry. We have extensive experience and insight from working on both sides of the industry, including several years in state institutions and the Riga municipality (Latvian State Roads and the Department of Outdoor and Mobility), as well as in street/road/highway design.
Additionally, since the company’s founding in 2017, we have accumulated over 7 years of experience and have successfully completed more than 800 projects.
THE STORY OF OUR COMPANY’S FOUNDING:
The idea to establish SIA “EL CAMINO” was born simply—during a conversation over a cup of coffee, with the primary goal of helping people navigate the legal aspects of developing and approving traffic management schemes, and then bringing these schemes to life with traffic management technical devices, such as road signs, road markings, and other related work.
OUR SERVICES:
SIA “EL CAMINO” provides a range of services, including the development and approval of road traffic management technical device (TMS) schemes, road sign installation, road marking application, installation of parking technical devices (speed bumps, reflective posts, vehicle stops, convex mirrors, etc.), equipping and renting technical devices for road construction sites (road signs, barriers, delineators, etc.), pothole repair work, high-pressure washing, and roof cleaning services.
